Weekend Getaway: #1

This past weekend we went up to the Lion's Den, which is a clever name for my grandparents old mountain house, with my family. Even though Kate has been there before, she was very worried the first night that the lions were going to get her! It wasn't until Willie promised to stay up and protect her all night that she finally went to sleep! We are glad to inform you that no lions were spotted this weekend. And don't tell Kate, but Willie didn't even come close to fulfilling his promise of staying up all night. It was a fun-filled weekend topped with a ride up a chairlift to see some beautiful fall colors!
