I love banana bread!!!

Sorry I hijacked the blog from Kelly tonight, but I had to share my love for banana bread! We (Kate and I) made two batches tonight and it smells sooo good!!! And Kate was a great helper too! I'll confess that my secret ingredients are coconut and chocolate chips (they basically make any good recipe into a GREAT recipe). But I've always been on the hunt for the perfect banana bread recipe. (I even tried to create my own once, but it turns out I know nothing about cooking besides how to follow a book)
