Hot Time in the Old House Tonight!!

One of the best parts about summer is growing a garden. This summer is no exception as we have tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, pumpkins, and jalapeños growing in our backyard! So far, we've really only had tomatoes that have ripened enough to eat (very yummy BLTs), but last night Willie had the next treat: jalapeños! We had enchiladas for dinner, and the jalapenos were an extra topping for Willie. Although he was sort of a wuss about it and it took him twice as long to eat a single enchilada (which is saying a lot because he's not the fastest eater). But as long as he likes them, that's fine by me, because I'm not touching them! So, if anyone thinks they are up to the challenge I would be glad to give you some. We have about 20 more that are just about ripe! Please save Willie's taste buds!
